Tuition is due every month on the 1st in advance (unless two week tuition
agreement). With the first time startup pay being prorated for the first week of care. Tuition is due every 2 weeks on the 1st and 15th of the month (optional). Tuition is due regardless of attendance. I do not credit or refund any tuition payments. (Some exceptions may apply upon discussion and reasoning).

Before a child can begin childcare, I am required to have the following forms completed: Every child must have a child enrollment form that is signed and dated by the parent. All the spaces on the enrollment form need to be filled in. It is important that I have current information on file. Please let us know any changes that may occur such as new work phone numbers, address, health changes (including immunizations), etc. A right to photograph your child. Your child will need a current immunization form. I review and update the child files including immunizations on a regular basis.

I will be open at 5:30 am until 11:00pm Monday through Friday (FLEXIBLE HOURS UPON REQUEST)

Here at Creative Bumble Bees Daycare, we may terminate a child’s services due to that child’s parent or guardian’s inability to meet the expectations and requirements of this program. Expectations and requirements of the program may include unpaid bills, continual late arrivals, or a parent, guardian or family member’s inappropriate or unsafe behavior in or near Creative Bumble Bees Daycare.

We welcome positive publicity. Children’s photographs add color, life and interest to the daycare environment, the daycare activities along with initiatives. Making use of photographs in daycare publicity materials can increase pupil motivation and staff morale and help parents and the local community identify and celebrate the child’s achievements. Photographs will be stored securely and used only by those authorized to do so. Creative Bumble Bees Daycare and staff will not take, use, share or publish images of children without consent. Parents may at any time withdraw their consent or non consent for the use of photos. Parents must sign the permission to photograph form before any pictures or videos are taken and used.
